Exterior Rodent Proofing London
Accessible External Entry Points — Priced by the Items You Select
Exterior Rodent Proofing is a separate service from our full Rodent Proofing survey. It covers accessible external points you select, with a quantity, during booking: air bricks, pipe and cable entries, drain guards, garage proofing, wall-base gaps, door thresholds and accessible under-deck areas. The online price is the higher of the minimum charge and the total of the items you select. It does not include major building work, dismantling decking, drainage repairs, inaccessible structural defects or major roof-level work — those stay on a separate survey quote.

What's Included
Every treatment is carried out by a certified technician and includes:
How We Treat It
Our step-by-step treatment process, used by every Zeus technician on every visit.
Select the Points
Choose the accessible exterior items that need proofing and set a quantity for each. The price updates from the published item catalogue, subject to the minimum charge.
Confirm Access
We attend the points you selected. If a point is inaccessible, needs decking removed, or turns out to be structural or drainage repair, we stop and quote that work separately.
Proof the Selected Points
Mesh, sealing and guards are fitted only to the accessible items booked. Materials are chosen for the point being sealed, not as a whole-property exclusion survey.
Separate Quote if Needed
Anything outside the selected catalogue — major building work, dismantling decking, drainage repairs, inaccessible structural defects or roof-level work — is not priced automatically and is quoted after survey.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price calculated?
The price is the higher of £199 and the total of the items and quantities you select. One or two low-priced items still start at £199. A higher item total, such as garage proofing, is charged at that total.
Is this the same as Rodent Proofing?
No. Rodent Proofing is a full exclusion survey priced per room, and it carries a 2-year guarantee when combined with a rat or mice treatment. Exterior Rodent Proofing is a separate, itemised service for accessible external points only.
What is not included?
Major building work, dismantling decking, drainage repairs, inaccessible structural defects and major roof-level work are not priced by this service. They remain survey and separate-quote work.
Can I select more than one item?
Yes. Select any combination and increase the quantity of each item. The booking total updates immediately from the pricing catalogue.
