1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Zeus Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Zeus Services provides professional pest control and cleaning services in London and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required on the first visit, upon completion of the service. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. Alternative payment arrangements may only be made if explicitly agreed in writing with Zeus Services prior to the visit. Where a split payment or invoice has been agreed in advance, the remaining balance must be settled within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Zeus Services reserves the right to withhold service reports, guarantees, or follow-up visits until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
Mice treatment guarantee (3 months). If mice return within 3 months of the completion of your mice treatment, we will return and treat again free of charge, provided that all follow-up visits included in your treatment have been completed and that there are no holes or gaps at the property larger than the size of a mouse. This guarantee applies to mice treatment carried out without rodent proofing. It does not apply where entry points larger than a mouse remain open, or where follow-up visits were not completed. Where rodent proofing is carried out together with a mice treatment, the 2-year guarantee in Section 6 applies instead. As set out in Section 3, Zeus Services may withhold guarantees until full payment has been received.
6. Rodent Treatment and Rodent Proofing Guarantee
Our 2-year written guarantee applies when rodent proofing is carried out together with a rat or mice treatment, as one combined service. Rodent proofing booked on its own, without a rat or mice treatment, is not covered by this guarantee.
The guarantee covers every rodent entry point that our technicians find and seal during the treatment and proofing visits, not only a single area of the property. Each sealed location is recorded on the written certificate issued on completion, and the guarantee runs for 2 years from the completion date shown on that certificate.
If rodents re-enter through any entry point we have sealed within that 2-year period, we will return and rectify it free of charge.
Loft work, including full loft proofing, insulation removal and new insulation, requires an inspection before it is quoted. Entry points sealed in the loft are covered in the same way as any other sealed entry point. The guarantee does not cover entry points that were not found or sealed by our technicians, or insulation work, unless it is expressly confirmed in writing. As set out in Section 3, Zeus Services may withhold guarantees until full payment has been received.
7. Liability
Zeus Services carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during service delivery. Any damages caused by our negligence will be addressed promptly.
8. Health and Safety
All treatments comply with UK health and safety regulations. We use approved products and follow COSHH guidelines. Any specific instructions or precautions will be communicated before and after treatment.
