1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Zeus Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Zeus Services provides professional pest control and cleaning services in London and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required on the first visit, upon completion of the service. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. Alternative payment arrangements may only be made if explicitly agreed in writing with Zeus Services prior to the visit. Where a split payment or invoice has been agreed in advance, the remaining balance must be settled within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Zeus Services reserves the right to withhold service reports, guarantees, or follow-up visits until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Liability
Zeus Services carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during service delivery. Any damages caused by our negligence will be addressed promptly.
7. Health and Safety
All treatments comply with UK health and safety regulations. We use approved products and follow COSHH guidelines. Any specific instructions or precautions will be communicated before and after treatment.
